I was born in a super small town on the edge of Oklahoma, to two wonderful parents Sue and Frank, one of which passed back in 2010 and the other settled in Florida after my father passed. I have two brothers Charles and Nathan, a husband Eight Degree Black Belt Jerry Lindsey and a daughter Eighth Degree Black belt in sass, Remi.

How I ended up here is learning everything I could, putting 100 percent into anything I do, and a long list of taking action on opportunities. I've lived in and out of the United States, visited a multitude of continents, counties and states and have worked with too many martial arts schools owners to count at this point. Holding every position within a martial arts schools was the best learning tool I could have hoped for so I can confidently say I know the business inside and out.

I love helping school owners structure and scale for growth. I do this with a proven systematic method and specialize in staff training and development. I do the work so you don't have to. I prefer to work with ambitious school owners who want to provide an opportunity to staff and students who desire a career in the martial arts industry.
